I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful colonial-style hotel. The building was spotlessly clean and the pool was large and inviting. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went above and beyond to address any issues promptly.

My partner and I went on a romantic getaway and we loved every minute of it. The complementary welcome drink and fruit basket were a nice touch. Despite being a bit outside of the main city, it was only a 15-minute walk to the river where we enjoyed a beautiful sunset. The pool was another highlight, it was quite large and surrounded by a beautiful garden that gave us a feeling of being in an oasis.
The air conditioning was quite noisy in our room and made it difficult to sleep at night. We also noticed that the hotel lacks shuttle service to and from the airport, which we found a bit inconvenient.

This venue offers an unparalleled luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, sun terrace, and outdoor swimming pool. The service was impeccable, with polite and attentive staff catering to all my needs. The room's advantages were breath-taking, with elegant furniture and unique decor.
Although the staff was highly professional, they had limited English proficiency. As a result, some minor miscommunications arose.

We arrived in Vientiane and took a London-style taxi from the airport to our hotel. The hotel was conveniently located near the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore. Our room was nicely appointed with beautiful teak wood floors and stylish furniture. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always willing to help us with any questions or requests we had. Breakfast was a delightful experience, with a range of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the facilities, including the large pool and serene garden.
The wifi connection was weak and unreliable.
